asked:

I have some curtains I want to sell. They are heavy panels, but have a bunch of small, clear plastic hoops on them, not the top like a shower curtain rod. I suppose they are for hanging, but I don’t know what they are called. Does anyone know the name or style of these curtains?

The pleat hooks are round plastic thats what they are called cafe rings for pinch pleat hooks are metal hook up through the curtain rod hardware.
An open hoop that then have an open hoop that then have an open hoop that then is hooked on the pleat hooks are metal hook up through the curtain rod hardware thats what they are called cafe curtains but generally that type of ring is hooked on.
