Blaze asked:

Im having a hard time picking the right color curtains. Its to be hang up in the master bedroom. The room is small and rectangular. Both the narrow sides are painted dark red and the other (long) sides are beige. The furniture is all black. Black bed, black dresser…etc. The curtain is to hang on the beige sided wall.

Any ideas what color curtains i should get? Appreciate your help!

Go to a drapery store with pictures of your room and they will help you.

I was going to say black, but since you already have a lot of black things in the room, If it were me, I would choose a curtain with some sort of pattern with all the colors in the room in it. You dont want too much of one color, and if the room is small, longer curtains or vertical patterns will make it look larger. Curtains are hard to pick… you can find the perfect pattern, but its too frilly, or not thick enough. Take your time with this one cuz the windows are what makes the room.

White always looks clean and bright.
